Description
This is a pair of aluminum shock bodies sized 13x23mm, built for the Team Associated RC10B6.4, RC10B6.4D, RC10B74.2, RC10B74.2D, RC10B7, RC10B7D, and RC10B7.1D 2wd buggy platforms. Machined from aluminum and anodized for wear resistance, the shock bodies house the piston, shaft, and oil that make up each shock absorber, and their precision bore keeps the piston moving smoothly for consistent, predictable damping throughout the suspension stroke. Anodizing helps the bore resist scoring from repeated shaft travel, extending shock life and keeping damping performance consistent race after race compared to a worn factory body. These bodies use the same 13x23mm dimensions and mounting hardware as the original equipment, so they thread onto the existing shock caps, shafts, and springs as a direct replacement without needing new shock internals. They are ideal for rebuilding shocks that have become scored, leaking, or inconsistent from wear, restoring smooth, controlled damping. Sold as a direct replacement pair rather than a full shock kit, they let racers refresh the shock absorbers on their buggy without replacing every internal component.
