Description
The Team Associated ASC91867 RC10B6.2 Fan Mount holds a cooling fan in position over the motor on the RC10B6.2 generation chassis. It sets the fan so airflow is directed at the motor can, helping keep motor and speed control temperatures down through long runs, which protects the motor and preserves punch late in a race.
The part is supplied as one RC10B6.2 fan mount together with one RC10B6.2 side rail nut, giving you the mount and the hardware needed to secure it to the chassis side rail.
It fits the RC10B6.2 and RC10B6.2D buggies, the RC10T6.2 stadium truck and the RC10SC6.2 short course truck, along with the later RC10B6.3, RC10B6.3D, RC10B6.4 and RC10B6.4D. It is a direct replacement for the fan mount supplied in those kits and installs in the original location, so no modification is required. Fan mounts are small parts that are easily lost or broken in a rollover, making a spare worth keeping in the pit box.
