Description
The Team Associated ASC91863 RC10B6.2 Body is the standard gauge polycarbonate shell for the RC10B6.2 generation buggy. It covers the chassis, the electronics and the driveline and shields them from dirt and debris, while its molded profile directs air over the car to keep the platform stable through fast sections and off long jump faces.
This body fits the RC10B6.2 and RC10B6.2D, and it also mounts on the RC10B6.3 and RC10B6.3D. It is a direct replacement for the body included in those kits, using the original body post locations, so no modification to the chassis or the mounting hardware is needed.
The shell is supplied unpainted so you can mask and paint your own scheme, and Team Associated publishes a video guide covering painting techniques for bodies of this type. Bodies are consumable racing parts that crack, tear and lose their shape over a season of use, and fitting a fresh one restores the intended aerodynamics along with the appearance of the car.
