The Team Associated ASC91466 Diff and Idler Gears provide the internal differential gear set and idler gears that transmit power through the drivetrain to the wheels. Precision-molded to close tolerances, these gears mesh smoothly to minimize drivetrain slop and noise while distributing torque evenly for consistent traction out of corners. Worn or chipped gears can cause binding, excess play, or a rough-running differential, all of which hurt lap times and put extra strain on the motor and other drivetrain components. This gear set is a direct replacement for the factory gears used on the DR10 and DR10M drag chassis, the Pro2 platform including the DK10SW, LT10SW, RT10SW, SC10, and SC10sw RTR, the ProSC10 short course truck, RB10 and RB10 Retro, the SR10 and SR10M dirt oval cars, and the Trophy Rat. Replacing worn diff and idler gears restores smooth, efficient power delivery and is a routine maintenance step for high-mileage drivetrains.
