Description
The Team Associated ASC91444 Shock Rebuild Kit contains the seals, o-rings, bushings, and small hardware needed to fully rebuild a worn set of oil-filled shocks. Over time, shock seals lose their sealing ability, allowing oil to weep out and air to enter, which softens damping response and makes handling inconsistent from run to run. This kit replaces every wear component in the shock cartridge, restoring smooth, consistent damping and a proper oil seal so the shocks perform like new. It is sized for the shocks used on the DR10 and DR10M drag chassis, the Pro2 platform including the DK10SW, LT10SW, RT10SW, SC10, and SC10sw RTR, the ProSC10 short course truck, RB10 and RB10 Retro, the SR10 and SR10M dirt oval cars, and the Trophy Rat. Rebuilding shocks with fresh seals is far more economical than replacing complete shock assemblies, and keeping this kit on hand lets racers maintain consistent damping performance throughout a long racing season.
