Description
These are the Team Associated ASC91434 Rear CVA Bones, measuring 67mm. The bone is the outer half of a constant velocity axle assembly, carrying drive from the driveshaft through to the rear wheel while the suspension moves through its travel. The CVA design keeps power delivery smooth at large suspension and steering angles, which reduces driveline binding and helps the car put power down cleanly out of corners.
These rear bones fit the RC10B6, RC10B6D, RC10B6 Club Racer, RC10B6.1, RC10B6.1D, RC10B6.1DL, RC10B6.2, and RC10B6.2D. They are direct replacements for the bones supplied in those kits, installing into the existing rear axle assemblies with no modification to your hubs or driveshafts.
Drive bones are wear items. The pin bores elongate and the shafts pick up damage from hard landings and contact with other cars, which shows up as driveline slop and vibration. Fitting fresh bones restores tight, quiet power transfer, and keeping a spare pair on hand means a broken axle does not end your race day.
