Description
These flanged bearings measure 1/4 x 3/8 inch and are used throughout the drivetrain and wheel hubs of the classic Team Associated RC10 and RC12 vehicle families, including the RC10 Factory Team, RC10 Classic, RC10CC, RC10DS, RC10L3O, RC10L4O, RC10R5, RC10T, RC10T Cliff Lett Edition, RC12L3, RC12L4, and RC12R5 series vehicles, among other related models sharing this bearing size. The flange on these bearings allows them to seat directly against a housing bore without a separate shim, locating wheel hexes, gearbox shafts, or differential outdrives precisely while supporting rotational loads. Steel ball bearings of this type are built to run smoother and last longer than the bushings sometimes found in stock builds, reducing rolling resistance and heat buildup during extended runs. Worn, dry, or notchy bearings increase drivetrain drag and can lead to premature wear of the shafts and hexes they support, so replacing them with fresh flanged bearings restores free-spinning, efficient rotation. These are direct replacement bearings for the many RC10 and RC12 family vehicles that use this size and flange configuration, installing into the existing bearing bores with no other modification required.
