Description
These Team Associated ASC89226 M3x26mm socket head cap screws are the long fasteners used in the Associated 1/8 scale platforms where a bolt has to reach through a bulkhead, brace or shock tower assembly. Getting the correct length matters here, because a screw that is too short will not pick up enough thread and one that is too long can bottom out or foul the parts behind it.
Hardware gets damaged and lost during rebuilds, and hex sockets round out after enough removals, so keeping the right screws in stock saves a race weekend from ending at the bench. These are the factory specification screws rather than a generic substitute.
Fitment covers a wide span of the Team Associated 1/8 scale line, including the RC8, RC8T, RC8Te, SC8, SC8e, RC8B, RC8Be, RC8.2, RC8.2e and SC8.2e, the Nomad DB8 Limited Edition, and the RC8B4, RC8B4e, RC8T4, RC8T4e, RC8B4.1, RC8B4.1e, RC8B4.2, RC8B4.2 EURO, RC8B4.2e, RC8T4.2e and RC8T4.2. They fit as direct replacements.
