Description
The Team Associated ASC8698 body set is a replacement polycarbonate body for the RC10F6 Classic 1:10 scale Formula pan car. It is supplied untrimmed and unpainted, so you cut the shell to the marked lines, make the mounting holes, and finish it yourself using polycarbonate paint applied to the inside surface.
The shell is molded from the original RC10F6 Classic tooling and mounts to the chassis using the kit body posts and hardware, so it fits without modification. As a direct replacement it restores the intended bodywork profile, which affects both appearance and how air is directed over the chassis and the wings.
Polycarbonate bodies crack around the post holes and wheel arches with repeated impacts, and a torn shell flexes at speed instead of holding its shape. Having a spare ready to trim means a damaged body does not sideline the car. Fits the RC10F6 Classic. Refer to the kit manual for trim lines and body post placement.
