Description
The Team Associated ASC8686 front wing is a replacement aerodynamic component for the RC10F6 Classic 1:10 scale Formula pan car. Mounted at the nose of the chassis, the front wing generates downforce over the front tires, helping the car settle into corners and hold a consistent steering line at the high speeds Formula class racing produces on carpet and asphalt.
This wing is molded to the original factory dimensions, so it drops directly onto the RC10F6 Classic front end using the existing mounting hardware with no trimming or modification required. It is a direct replacement rather than a performance upgrade, restoring the car to stock specification after contact with another car, a barrier, or the track surface.
Front wings on pan cars are exposed and are among the first parts to take damage in a crash, so keeping a spare in the pit box means a damaged wing does not end a race day. Fits the RC10F6 Classic. Refer to the kit manual for correct mounting orientation and hardware.
