The Team Associated ASC81735 16mm shock springs let you dial the ride height, balance and bump response of your 1/8 scale racer to the track in front of you. Each spring is rated at 3.90 lb/in over a 66mm free length, wound with 7.50 turns of 1.4mm wire, so you know exactly what rate you are bolting on rather than guessing from a mixed bag of used springs.
These fit Team Associated 16mm big bore shocks and can be run at either end of the car, front or rear, to shift weight transfer and change how much the chassis rolls through the corner. Listed fitment covers the RC8B4e, RC8T4, RC8T4e, RC8B4.1, RC8B4.1e, RC8B4.1 Davide Ongaro, RC8B4.2, RC8B4.2 EURO, RC8B4.2e, RC8T4.2e and RC8T4.2.
Use them as a direct replacement for tired or sagging springs, or add them to your pit box as a tuning step between the rates you already run. Springs lose rate over a season of racing, so a fresh set restores the setup you wrote down and keeps your car predictable from heat to heat.
