Description
The Team Associated ASC81729 body post and bumper set covers the front impact protection and body mounting on the RC8T4.2 truggy. The bumper is the first thing to meet a pipe, a berm or another car, and the body posts hold the shell in place through every landing, so both are consistently among the first parts to need replacing on a raced truck.
Running a damaged bumper means impacts get passed straight into the chassis and front end instead of being absorbed where they should be. Broken or bent body posts let the body shift around, which changes how it sits over the wheels and how well it protects the electronics and engine underneath. Fitment covers the RC8T4.2e and RC8T4.2.
This set is a direct replacement for the stock parts and mounts using the original hardware and locations. Keep one in the pit box so crash damage costs you a few minutes at the bench rather than an entire race day.
