Description
These Team Associated ASC81723 rear suspension arms are the medium compound arms for the RC8T4.2 truggy. The rear arms locate the hubs, absorb landing and driveline loads, and set rear camber and toe, making arm flex a real factor in how much traction the rear of the truck produces.
The medium compound sits between the softer and firmer options and gives a balanced feel that works across a wide range of track conditions. Many racers keep more than one compound on hand and swap arms as grip changes through a day, adjusting rear traction without altering shocks, springs, or diff fluid.
They are a direct replacement for the RC8T4.2 and the electric RC8T4.2e, using the stock hinge pins and mounting locations with no modification needed. Truggy rear arms take heavy abuse from big jumps and contact with other vehicles, so keeping a spare set ready means a broken arm between heats is a quick repair rather than the end of your day.
