The Team Associated ASC81695 rear hub set is the offset version of the rear hubs for the RC8B4.2 buggy. The rear hubs carry the axles and wheel bearings and set rear camber and toe, making them a key part of how the rear of the car puts power to the ground and behaves through corners and over bumps.
The offset design changes rear hub geometry compared to the standard hubs, giving drivers a tuning option for adjusting rear traction and steering balance to match track conditions. Swapping hubs is a straightforward way to change the way the car rotates without altering shock or diff setup.
This set is a direct fit for the RC8B4.2, RC8B4.2 EURO, and the electric RC8B4.2e, using stock hinge pins, axles, and bearings with no modification required. Rear hubs take a beating in rough conditions and in contact with other cars, so a spare set is smart insurance for any race weekend.
