Description
An aluminum front shock tower for the RC8B4.1, machined for the 16 degree kingpin inclination front end and the 26.5mm shock mounting dimension.
The shock tower carries the upper shock mounts and the front camber link positions, so it sets a large part of the front suspension geometry while absorbing the loads that come up through the shocks on landings and hard hits. Aluminum construction adds rigidity over a composite tower and keeps the mounting holes aligned through repeated abuse, so damping response stays consistent through a long main. The multiple mounting positions let you change shock angle and camber link height as part of a normal setup adjustment.
It fits the RC8B4.1 eighth scale buggy and pairs with the matching 16 degree KPI front end components. Use it as a direct replacement for a bent or cracked tower after a crash, or as an upgrade over the standard part when you want a stiffer, more predictable front end.
