This complete bearing set covers the rotating assemblies on the RC8B4.1 and RC8B4.1e 1/8 scale buggy chassis. A full set gives you every bearing the platform uses in one purchase, so a rebuild does not stall while you hunt for one odd size.
Bearings support the wheel hubs, differentials, transmission shafts and steering components, and they are the parts most affected by dust, water and washing. As grease breaks down and grit works past the seals, bearings begin to drag, which costs runtime, raises drivetrain temperatures and eventually damages the shafts and housings they ride in. Replacing all of them at once restores free rotation across the whole car rather than leaving a few tired units in the driveline.
This set is a direct replacement matched to the factory sizes and locations for these two models, so no modification is needed at installation. Consult the RC8B4.1 manual exploded views to identify bearing placement during reassembly.
