This set combines the body posts and the front bumper for the Team Associated RC8T4 and RC8T4e 1/8 scale truggies.
The body posts stand up from the chassis and hold the body shell at the correct height and position, keeping it from shifting or collapsing onto the tires during a run. The bumper is the sacrificial piece at the front of the chassis that takes the first hit in a head on impact, spreading the load and protecting the chassis plate, front bulkhead, and steering components behind it.
Both parts are designed to flex and absorb energy, which also makes them the components most likely to break or bend in a hard crash, so they are routine replacement items for anyone racing regularly. These are direct factory replacements that bolt to the existing mounting points using stock hardware, with no modification required. Keeping a spare set in the pit box means a broken post or torn bumper between heats is a quick screwdriver job rather than a missed race.
