Description
This is the main chassis for the RC8T4e electric truggy, the foundation plate that carries the bulkheads, motor mount, servo, electronics, battery mounting, and the centre driveline. Because the RC8T4e runs a different layout to the nitro version, this chassis is specific to the electric car rather than shared across the range.
Chassis damage is easy to overlook and expensive in lap time: a plate that has been bent in a hard landing or worn thin from dragging over rough ground pulls suspension geometry and driveline alignment out of position, and no amount of setup work will bring the car back until it is replaced.
This is a direct factory replacement carrying the original hole pattern and dimensions, so your existing bulkheads, mounts, and hardware bolt straight back on with no drilling or modification needed. Most racers plan a chassis change after a serious crash or at the end of a hard season, using it as the starting point for a full strip and rebuild.
