Description
These front lower suspension arms use Team Associated's Medium composite material, engineered for 1:8 off road racing as an alternative to the Hard material that comes in the RC8B4 kit.
Reduced fiber content in the Medium compound increases impact strength while preserving the responsive racing feel of the standard arms, and the resulting flex characteristics make the car more forgiving on low traction surfaces where a stiffer front end can feel abrupt. Medium arms also hold up better in cooler track temperatures and shed approximately 1.5 grams each compared with the Hard version, taking a little weight off the front of the car. They carry an identifying dot marking so they are easy to distinguish from other compounds in your spares box.
Fitment covers the RC8B4, RC8B4e, RC8B4.1, and RC8B4.1e, and they mount in the stock front lower positions on the existing hinge pins and arm mounts. Fit them as a straight replacement for damaged arms or as a front end flex tuning change.
