Description
This bearing set supplies a complete replacement set of ball bearings for the Team Associated RC8B4 and RC8B4e 1/8 scale buggies. It covers the bearing positions throughout the car, including the wheel hubs, differentials, transmission, and steering assembly, so you can refresh the entire drivetrain and rolling chassis at once instead of chasing individual sizes.
Bearings are consumable parts in off road racing: dirt, water, and fuel residue work past the seals, and once a bearing gets gritty or develops play it drags on the drivetrain, costs runtime and punch, and lets shafts and axles move where they should be held rigid. Symptoms usually show up gradually as a car that feels slower and noisier rather than as an outright failure.
Replacing the full set restores free rolling efficiency and removes slop from the diffs, transmission, and hubs in one service. These are direct factory replacement bearings sized for the stock locations, so they press into place with no shimming or modification during a routine teardown and rebuild.
