Description
This nut set supplies the fasteners that secure the steering bellcrank assembly on the Team Associated RC8B4 platform. The bellcranks translate servo motion into steering movement, and the nuts that hold their posts and pivots are what keep that assembly preloaded correctly against the bearings or bushings underneath.
Set them too loose and the bellcranks develop vertical play that shows up as slop in the steering; set them too tight and the steering binds and drags. Because these fasteners live in a high cycle, high vibration area, threads eventually stretch and locking features wear out, and a nut that backs off in a race can let the entire steering assembly go slack. Replacing them restores proper clamping and consistent, repeatable steering feel.
The set fits the RC8B4, RC8B4e, RC8T4, RC8T4e, RC8B4.1, RC8B4.1e, and RC8T4.2e, covering buggy and truggy builds across the platform. These are direct factory replacement fasteners that thread into the existing bellcrank posts with no modification.
