These 16mm shock caps handle both bleeder and bladder duty on the big bore shocks used across the RC8 platform. Four bleeder holes make bladder style shock building faster and more consistent, letting excess oil escape cleanly as the cap seats so you end up with matched rebound from shock to shock. That repeatability is what makes shock rebuilds predictable between race days.
Fitment spans the RC8B3, RC8B3e, RC8T3, RC8T3e, RC8B3.1, RC8B3.1e, RC8T3.1, RC8T3.1e, RC8B3.2, RC8B3.2e, RC8T3.2, RC8T3.2e, RC8B4, RC8B4e, RC8T4, RC8T4e, RC8B4.1, RC8B4.1e, RC8B4.2e, RC8T4.2, and RC8T4.2e, so one set covers nitro and electric buggies and truggies alike.
They install as a direct replacement for the caps that came with your shocks, using the same threads and seals. Stripped or cross threaded caps are a common casualty of frequent rebuilds, so a fresh set belongs in any shock service kit alongside spare bladders, seals, and O rings.
