Description
This o-ring set covers the complete seal replacement for a Team Associated 1/8 scale differential. It includes six differential outdrive o-rings and twelve differential planet gear o-rings, eighteen seals in total, which is enough hardware to reseal multiple diffs or to service the front, center and rear during a full rebuild.
Differential o-rings are what keep silicone diff fluid inside the case and dirt out, and they harden, flatten and take a set with heat and age. Once they leak, fluid escapes, the differential loses its intended action and the resulting mess contaminates the surrounding drivetrain. Replacing the seals every time you open a diff is the simplest way to keep fluid weight consistent from run to run.
Fitment covers the RC8B3.1, RC8B3.1e, RC8T3.1, RC8T3.1e, RC8B3.2, RC8B3.2e, RC8T3.2, RC8T3.2e, RC8B4, RC8B4e, RC8T4, RC8T4e, RC8B4.1 and RC8B4.1e. These are direct replacements for the factory seals, so installation uses your existing diff cases, gears and outdrives with no modification required.
