Description
These M4x85 mm (3.35 in) turnbuckles are the adjustable links used in the suspension and steering geometry of Team Associated 1:8 truggies. Threaded at both ends with opposing threads, they let you set camber, toe or steering length precisely by turning the shaft with a turnbuckle wrench, without removing the link from the vehicle. That makes small, repeatable geometry changes quick to dial in at the track.
Fitment covers RC8T3, RC8T3e, RC8T3.1, RC8T3.1e, RC8T3.2, RC8T3.2e, RC8T4, RC8T4e, RC8T4.2 and RC8T4.2e.
Turnbuckles are a common casualty of hard landings and rollovers, and a bent link quietly ruins your setup, so keeping spares on hand is worth it. These are direct replacements for the links supplied in the kit and thread into the existing rod ends, so no other parts or modifications are required. Replacing a damaged turnbuckle takes only minutes, and starting from a known straight link makes it far easier to reset camber and toe accurately.
