Dial in the rear of your 1:8 Team Associated buggy or truggy with these V2 rear springs, rated at 4.7 lb/in with an 86 mm free length, 10.0 coils and 1.6 mm wire diameter. The firmer rate resists rear squat under acceleration and keeps the chassis more level over big jump faces and rough sections, a common choice as tracks develop grip and get rutted late in the day.
Fitment covers RC8B4, RC8B4e, RC8T4, RC8T4e, RC8B4.1, RC8B4.1e and RC8T4.2e, mounting on the standard rear Big Bore shocks.
They drop straight in as a direct replacement for sagging or damaged rear springs, and they are equally useful as an addition to a graduated spring set so you can move one step firmer or softer without changing shock oil or pistons. Springs fatigue with heat cycles and hard landings, so refreshing them restores the handling balance your setup sheet was built around and keeps the car predictable through a long race weekend.
