Description
These shock pins are the small hardware that locates the shock mounting points on Team Associated's 1/8 scale buggies and truggies, holding the shock ends to the suspension arms and towers so the damper can pivot cleanly as the suspension moves.
Pins are a high-load, high-wear item. Every landing and every rut puts shear load through them, and a pin that is bent, grooved, or worn undersized introduces slop in the shock mount, dulls how the car responds to setup changes, and speeds up wear on the shock ends and bushings around it. Replacing them is inexpensive and takes minutes with the shocks off the car.
Fits the RC8B3, RC8B3e, RC8T3, RC8T3e, RC8B3.1, RC8B3.1e, RC8T3.1, RC8T3.1e, RC8B3.2, RC8B3.2e, RC8T3.2, RC8T3.2e, RC8T4, and RC8T4e. These are direct replacements for the pins fitted at the factory and need no modification to install. Add a set to your rebuild kit so you can refresh the mounts whenever you service your shocks.
