Description
The RC8T4.2e Team Kit is Team Associated's 1:8 scale electric off-road racing truck, supplied as an unassembled team kit so the build and setup are yours to control. Molded height-adjustable gearboxes front and rear let you set ride height and drivetrain position without changing chassis parts, while updated shock towers and new molded suspension arms expand the geometry tuning options.
A 16-degree KPI steering block gives more aggressive steering response, and the rear anti-roll bar controls roll under the torque of modern brushless power. A high-volume center differential helps put that power down smoothly, and the high-downforce wing keeps the rear planted on fast, rough tracks. Factory Team hard-anodized aluminum shock bushings improve shock durability.
The kit includes 40/9 ring and pinion gear sets, 131mm universal driveshafts, both 19mm and 20mm HTC differential gear sets, and bladder plus emulsion shock seals so you can run either shock configuration. Assembly and painting are required; motor, speed control, batteries, servo, receiver, radio, wheels, and tires are not included.
