Description
The Team Associated ASC80954 RC8B4.2 Team Kit is the current generation 1/8 scale nitro off road racing buggy kit from Associated Electrics. The .2 update is a substantial one: new molded height adjustable gearboxes front and rear, new offset hubs with updated rear suspension arms to suit the new hub geometry, and a new minus 4 mm chassis in FWB configuration.
A new high volume center differential and new long chassis brace options change how the car puts power down and how the chassis flexes over rough ground. It also gets a new high downforce wing, updated brakes with a new pad material, and Factory Team hard anodized shock bushings as standard.
Running gear includes 8 degree KPI steering blocks, soft blend suspension arms, a 44/13 ring and pinion set, 92 mm universal driveshafts on 17 mm outdrives, and a 19 mm HTC internal differential. Associated has this one set up for loose dirt tracks with large bumps. Supplied as a kit, so you add your own engine, radio, servos, and pipe.
