Description
The Team Associated ASC80946 RC8B4e Team Kit is the electric version of the RC8B4 1/8 scale off road racing buggy, supplied as a kit for you to build with your own motor, ESC, radio, and servo. It runs two shorty style battery configurations around a centrally mounted center differential: two 2S saddle packs for the lowest possible center of gravity, or a single 4S shorty when you want a simpler setup.
The front end uses reduced kingpin inclination steering blocks that place the wheel pivot at the center of the tire for added stability, plus a wider upper arm pivot. Suspension arms front and rear accept optional flex tuning inserts, and one piece anti roll bar links are secured with BHCS hardware.
It runs 16 mm shocks, V3 differentials with 42T ring and 12T pinion gears, 93.5 mm front and 104 mm rear center dogbones, and 93 mm CVA axles on all four corners. Dimensions are 486 mm long, 304.5 mm wide, on a 321.5 mm wheelbase.
