Description
The Team Associated ASC7531 servo saver set is the plastic-only servo saver assembly for the RC10GT. A servo saver sits between the steering servo and the steering linkage and is designed to flex under a sharp impact, letting the steering deflect rather than driving that shock straight back through the servo gears. On a nitro truck that hits ruts, pipes and other cars, it is the part that keeps a steering servo alive.
Because it is engineered to give, the servo saver takes damage over time. The plastic arms wear at the pivot, tension drops and the assembly starts to introduce slop, which shows up as vague on-center feel and steering that will not return to the same place twice.
This set supplies the plastic components only, built to the original factory specification, so it fits the stock RC10GT steering location with your existing servo and hardware. Replacing it restores precise, repeatable steering and renewed protection for your servo.
