These Competition Drift Tires are a low-friction tire set developed for the Team Associated DC10 Classic and DC10 Drift Car, matched to the low-grip characteristics that competitive drift driving requires. Unlike traction tires used on typical on-road or touring cars, these tires use a hard, slick-style compound and tread designed to break traction predictably and hold a controlled slide angle, letting drivers link long, smooth drift transitions instead of hooking up and losing the drift. The construction is built to resist the heat and surface wear generated by constant sliding, so the tires maintain a consistent slip characteristic run after run rather than gripping more as they wear in, which would upset a driver's line. These are a direct fit for the wheels included with the DC10 platform, mounting the same way as the stock tires for an easy swap. They are an ideal choice for drivers looking to replace worn stock tires or dial in a more consistent, competition-ready slide feel. The package includes four tires, enough to outfit one car.
