Description
These Factory Team shock mount ballstuds are designed for the Team Associated DC10 Classic and DC10 Drift Car, providing the pivot point where the shock absorbers connect to the shock towers and lower arm mounts. Each ballstud gives the shock end a smooth, low-friction pivot so the dampers can move freely through their full stroke as the suspension compresses and rebounds during drift transitions and throttle changes. Machined for a precise fit with the shock rod ends, they help eliminate slop that can creep in as stock hardware wears, keeping damping action consistent and predictable. Because ballstuds take repeated stress every time the suspension cycles, they are a common wear item on cars that see regular track time, and a worn or bent ballstud can cause binding or inconsistent shock action. This set is a direct replacement for the factory hardware, threading into the same mounting locations with no modification needed. The package includes eight ballstuds, enough to refresh every shock mount point on one DC10.
