The DC10 Battery Mount Set holds the battery pack securely in place within the chassis of the Team Associated DC10 Classic and DC10 Drift Car. Positioned along the centerline of the chassis, the mount cradles the battery and keeps it from shifting during hard cornering, transitions, and the sudden weight transfers typical of drift driving, which helps keep the car's balance and handling consistent from lap to lap. Molded from tough composite plastic, the mount stands up to repeated battery swaps and the vibration of daily bashing or competition use without cracking or losing its grip on the pack. This is a direct replacement for the battery mount that ships with the DC10 kit, so it bolts straight into the existing chassis mounting points with no cutting or drilling required. It is a straightforward fix for a mount that has become loose, warped, or broken from a hard hit, letting you get the battery securely seated again before your next run. The set includes the components needed to remount one battery pack.
