Description
DC10 CVA Bones, at 49mm length, are the internal drive pins that fit inside the CVA axle cups on the Team Associated DC10 Drift Car, transferring torque from the axle to the wheel hub or differential outdrive at each constant-velocity joint. Sold as a pack of two, they are machined to a precise diameter and length so they seat firmly in the cup without excess play, keeping power delivery smooth and consistent as the suspension moves through its full range of travel during a slide. Because these pins carry the full torque load at each end of the CVA axle, wear here shows up quickly as clunking, slop, or inconsistent power delivery right when a driver needs predictable throttle response to control drift angle. Replacing worn or rounded bones restores a tight joint without needing to replace the entire axle shaft, making maintenance more affordable after regular use. This is a direct factory replacement sized to the original 49mm CVA axles used on the DC10 platform, so it drops into the existing axle cups without modification. Keeping spares on hand is worthwhile since these are a routine wear item under constant torque cycling.
