Description
This uncut Lexan desert buggy body is molded for the Team Associated Pro2 DK10SW short wheelbase desert buggy and is also compatible with the RC10DR platform, matching their wheelbase and long-travel suspension geometry. Shipping clear, it preserves the high-clearance, roll-caged desert racer silhouette while giving builders a blank shell to paint however they like, with molded body lines that clear the shocks and suspension arms used on both platforms without interference. The polycarbonate construction flexes on impact rather than cracking, protecting the chassis and internal electronics from dirt and hard landings during high-speed desert-style running. It uses the same factory body posts and clips as the DK10SW and RC10DR, so it drops on as a direct replacement for a cracked, faded, or missing stock body, and because it is clear, it can be back-painted from the inside for scratch- and chip-resistant custom graphics. One complete body shell is included in the package along with paint masks for the windows and trim, so builders only need to paint and trim before mounting it to the buggy.
