Description
The Team Associated ASC72108 DR10M Slipper Hubs are the slipper clutch hubs for the DR10M drag chassis, forming part of the slipper assembly that manages traction and protects the drivetrain from shock loads during hard launches. Machined for a precise fit specifically on the DR10M platform, these hubs work with the slipper pads and spring to allow a controlled amount of clutch slip, which helps convert power into forward motion instead of wheel spin off the line while also cushioning the driveline from launch shock. The hardened material resists wear at the friction surfaces far better than a worn or damaged factory hub, keeping slipper adjustment consistent between runs instead of drifting as material wears away unevenly. Installation follows the existing slipper assembly layout, so these are a direct replacement for hubs that have worn oval, cracked, or lost proper grip on the slipper pads. Racers dialing in launch traction or rebuilding a slipper clutch after heavy use will want fresh hubs to keep slip behavior predictable and repeatable, which is critical for consistent elapsed times.
