Description
This Shock Kit V2 is a complete set of aluminum shock absorbers built for Team Associated's RC10B6 buggy and RB10 short course platforms, featuring 12mm bore bodies and 23mm of shaft travel for high-speed off-road racing. The kit fits RB10, RB10 Retro, RC10B6, RC10B6 Club Racer, RC10B6.2, RC10B6.2D, RC10B6.3, RC10B6.3D, RC10B64, RC10B64 Club Racer, RC10B64D, RC10B6D, SR10, and SR10M Dirt Oval vehicles, which share this shock mounting and sizing standard. The shock bodies are machined from aluminum for consistent internal bore tolerances and improved heat dissipation compared to plastic shocks, helping the damping stay consistent as oil temperature rises during long, hard runs. The V2 update refines seal and piston fitment for smoother shaft action and reduced weeping compared to earlier versions, giving racers a more consistent feel over successive runs. This kit can serve either as a direct replacement for worn factory shocks or as an upgrade from plastic-bodied shocks for racers seeking more consistent, tunable damping. A complete set of four assembled shocks, ready to fill with oil, is included in this kit.
