Description
The Team Associated ASC71206 Body Mounts set includes both the front and rear body mounts for the RC10T7 Team stadium truck. The mounts bolt to the chassis and stand up through the bodyshell, holding it at the correct height and position over the electronics and suspension so that it does not rub on the tires or shift under aerodynamic load at speed.
The front and rear mounts are shaped differently to suit their positions on the truck, and each is drilled with several body pin holes so the ride height of the shell can be adjusted to suit the body being run and how much clearance the tires need.
This set fits the RC10T7 Team and installs in the standard chassis mounting locations, making it a direct replacement for the mounts supplied in the kit. Body mounts are among the first parts to break in a rollover or a hard landing, since they take the impact that would otherwise be carried by the body itself, so a spare set is worth keeping.
