Description
The Team Associated ASC7118 body posts mount the body shell to the chassis of the ProLite 4x4. They set body height and position, hold the shell steady over rough ground, and take the impact any time the truck rolls or lands on its lid, which makes them one of the more frequently damaged plastic parts on a short course truck.
A cracked or bent post lets the body shift around, and a body that moves rubs on the tires and eventually tears at its mounting holes. Fitting fresh posts keeps the shell where it belongs and protects the body you spent time painting.
These are direct factory replacements built to the original specification, so they fit the stock mounting locations with your existing hardware and require no trimming or modification. Because posts are a consumable on any truck that sees real running time, keeping a spare set in the pit bag can save a day at the track after an unlucky roll.
