Description
The Team Associated ASC71176 Side Rails and Tower Wedges set covers two chassis components for the RC10SC6.4 short course truck. The side rails run along both edges of the chassis plate, locating the battery and electronics in the center of the truck so they cannot shift under cornering load, while also stiffening the plate and shielding it from rocks and track debris.
The tower wedges sit between the shock tower and its mounting surface, setting the angle at which the tower stands. That angle changes the shock mounting position and the leverage the suspension applies to the shocks, so the wedges are part of how the truck's suspension geometry is established.
This set fits the RC10SC6.4 and installs in the standard locations using the existing chassis and tower screws, making it a direct replacement for the parts supplied in the kit. Side rails and wedges absorb repeated impacts from track edges and other trucks, so replacing damaged pieces keeps battery fitment and shock tower geometry correct.
