Description
The Team Associated ASC71124 Front Bumper and Nerf Bars set replaces the impact protection hardware on your RC10SC6-series short course truck. The front bumper mounts at the nose of the chassis and absorbs the head-on hits that come with door-to-door short course racing, spreading load away from the chassis plate, front arms, and steering components. The nerf bars run along each side of the truck, filling the gap between the front and rear tires so that a wheel from another truck rides over the bar instead of climbing into your suspension.
This is a direct replacement for the parts supplied in the kit, so it installs using the existing mounting locations and hardware with no modification required. It fits the RC10SC6.1, RC10SC6.2, and RC10SC6.4.
Bumpers and nerf bars are among the first components to show damage in a crowded race, so keeping a spare set on the bench means a bent or split bar does not end your race day early.
