The Team Associated ASC71048 Foam Battery Spacer fills gaps in the battery tray to hold the pack firmly in place during hard acceleration, braking, and off-road impacts. A loose battery can shift under load, straining wiring connections and affecting the vehicle's balance and handling. This closed-cell foam spacer cushions the pack against vibration while keeping it seated tight against the tray and straps, so power delivery stays consistent and connectors are not stressed by movement. It is sized to fit the battery compartments used on the DR10 drag chassis, the Pro2 platform including the DK10SW, LT10SW, RT10SW, SC10, and SC10sw RTR, the ProSC10 short course truck, RB10 and RB10 Retro, the SR10 and SR10M dirt oval cars, and the Trophy Rat. Replacing a compressed, torn, or missing spacer is a simple, low-cost way to keep any compatible battery pack secure and properly positioned for consistent weight distribution and reliable electrical connections throughout a race day.
