Description
The Team Associated ASC71037 screws are M3x45 mm button head cap screws, supplied as genuine replacement hardware. The button head profile gives a low, rounded top with a broad bearing surface, which spreads clamping load across the part being retained and keeps the fastener head from standing proud where clearance is limited.
At 45 mm, these are long fasteners used where a screw has to pass through several components or a deep section of the chassis before threading home. Screws of this type are consumables: heads round out from repeated assembly and disassembly, and threads pick up damage over the life of a chassis, so having correct replacements on hand keeps a build going.
These screws are listed for the RC10SC5M, RC10SC6.1, RC10SC6.2, RC10SC6.4, and RC10T6.2. They are direct replacements for the hardware supplied with those kits, matching the original thread, length, and head style so no modification is needed at any of the mounting locations.
