The Team Associated DR10 Drag Race Car Team Kit is a builder's version of the popular 1/10 scale 2WD electric drag racing platform, giving competitive racers full control over electronics selection and setup. The kit is built around a low center-of-gravity molded composite chassis with hook-and-loop battery straps that accommodate either NiMH or LiPo packs, plus a three-position wheelie bar with an option for larger wheels. A 2.6:1 ratio gearbox houses a sealed gear differential and an externally adjustable V2 slipper clutch for tunable power delivery, while aluminum 12mm big-bore coil-over shocks and steel turnbuckles allow precise camber and toe-in adjustment. Rear CVA driveshafts and 26 precision ball bearings keep drivetrain losses low and rolling resistance minimal, and the fully adjustable suspension geometry includes vertical ball ends for roll-center tuning. A water-resistant receiver box protects electronics from track debris. As a team kit, motor, speed control, servo, receiver, battery, wheels, tires, and body are sold separately, making this the choice for drivers who want to build a DR10 to their own specification rather than run a factory RTR setup.
