Description
The Team Associated ASC7002 RC10T Classic is a faithful recreation of the iconic RC10T stadium truck from 1991, built around the legendary Stealth transmission that dominated the racing scene from 1989 to 1991. The kit is centred on an anodized aluminium tub chassis carrying a laser-etched RC10T logo.
Rather than being a buggy with a truck body dropped on it, the RC10T was purpose-built, with widened front and rear track, a lengthened wheelbase, and a specialised narrow bulkhead design. Four-wheel independent suspension runs on lightweight molded nylon suspension arms, and the kit includes the truck racing wheels and tires developed specifically for the platform, including the famously banned narrow front tires from its 1991 competition debut.
This is a kit requiring assembly and your own electronics rather than a replacement part. It is a tribute to off-road racing's golden era and forms the base vehicle for the RC10T Classic parts range, so it can be maintained and rebuilt with genuine Team Associated components.
