Description
These Team Associated foam ballstud dust covers fit over the ballstuds on the suspension and steering links to keep dirt, dust and grit away from the ball and socket joint. Keeping debris out of the joint preserves free movement, reduces wear on the plastic rod ends and helps the suspension respond consistently run after run.
They are a direct replacement for the covers supplied with the vehicle and fit an extensive range of Associated platforms, including the RC10 Classic, RC10CC and RC10 4WD along with the many RC10 Classic reissues such as the 40th Anniversary, Jay Halsey, Team Car, Graphite, Metallic, Brian Kinwald, Stealth Masami and Factory Team editions. They also fit the RC10B3, RC10B4 and B44 buggies, the RC10T3 and RC10T4 trucks, the TC3, and the SC10, SC10B, SC10GT, SC10.2 and SC10.3 short course range.
Fitting is simple: slide each cover over the ballstud before attaching the rod end. Replace them once they become compressed or torn, as worn covers no longer seal against dirt ingress.
