Description
The Team Associated ASC4706 lower arms, V2, are the lower suspension arms for Associated 1:12 scale pan cars. They locate the kingpins and steering blocks, set front track width, and define the arc the suspension travels through, so their condition has a direct effect on how consistently the car steers. A cracked or tweaked arm shows up immediately as a car that turns differently in each direction.
This is the V2 revision of the part, the version specified for these chassis rather than the earlier arms.
Fitment covers the RC12R5.2 and RC10R5.1 chassis. They install as direct replacements for the arms supplied on those cars, using your existing kingpins, springs, and mounting hardware, with no modification needed. The arms take the brunt of every crash on a pan car, so keeping a spare set in the pit box is standard practice for anyone racing regularly. Fitting fresh arms restores factory geometry after damage and removes any doubt about a tweaked front end.
