Description
The Team Associated ASC4672 screws are M2 x 6 mm button head cap screws, the small fasteners used throughout Associated chassis for mounting servos, body posts, electronics, and other lightweight hardware. The button head profile has a low, rounded top that sits close to flush, which keeps it out of the way in tight areas and reduces the chance of catching on another car or on track marking.
Fitment covers the RC12R5, RC12R5.1, and RC12R5.2 pan cars, the RC10R5.1, the DC10 Classic, and the APEX Scion Racing and Lexus RC F touring cars.
These are direct replacements for the M2 x 6 mm button head screws supplied in those kits. Small screws are the parts most often lost on the workbench or rounded out by a worn driver tip, and a stripped head at the track usually means a car sitting out a heat. Having the correct size on hand makes rebuilds and repairs quick. A basic hardware item worth keeping stocked.
