Description
This is a set of M3x8mm set screws used as hardware across the Team Associated RC10B5, RC10B5M, RC10F6, RC12R5 and R6, Reflex 14B and 14MT, and TC7 series platforms, securing components such as wheel hexes, hubs, or collars where a headless, threaded fastener locks a part onto a shaft or pin. Made from hardened steel, the set screws thread fully into their mounting hole and tighten down flush, avoiding a protruding head that could interfere with clearance around wheels or drivetrain parts. These screws see constant vibration and torque loading from the drivetrain during racing and hard driving, and over time they can back out, strip their internal hex drive, or lose their bite, letting the part they secure spin loose or shift position. Keeping fresh set screws on hand lets builders restore a tight, reliable lock immediately rather than reusing worn hardware that no longer holds. This is a direct factory replacement part matched to the stock M3x8mm hardware spec used across these platforms, not an upgraded part, and it installs into the existing threaded holes already on the vehicle.
