Description
This rear upper and lower link set is a direct-fit replacement suspension link for the CR12 platform and the MT12 Monster Truck and Monster Van chassis. The links locate the rear axle housing to the chassis, controlling anti-squat and pinion angle as the rig flexes over rocks, ruts, and other obstacles. Molded from durable composite plastic, they resist the flexing, twisting, and impact loads that scale crawling and monster truck bashing put on suspension linkage, holding their shape better than worn factory pieces that have stretched at the mounting holes. Installing a fresh set restores precise rear axle geometry after wear or a hard landing, keeping drivetrain angle consistent and reducing binding through the long-travel four-link suspension shared by the CR12 and MT12 platforms. Because front and rear geometry work together, a matched set of links makes it easier to fine-tune ride height and articulation for a given crawling or bashing setup. This is a straightforward bolt-in replacement using the stock hardware, with no cutting or modification required, making it a simple way to refresh handling on a CR12 or MT12 rig that has seen regular use.
